Black Leather lace up skirt

Vintage 90's black lace up leather skirt. Perfect leather skirt to dress up or down. Silver eyelets down both sides start at 5cm below waist. Leather lace sides, I can replace the leather with suede upon request as the original lacing is a bit stiff & could do with a leather conditioner, choice is yours. Back zipper closure & super flattering cut. 
USA dead stock. Two sizes available 28" waist & 29" waist.  
The size 28" on model however was too big & pulled in with belt.
